Volunteers are critical to the success of the Every Child Is Special project. It is not possible for the project to source the type and level of skills required to meet our objectives from within our own community. It is also unfeasible for the project to be able to fund the costs of the skills required. That’s where volunteers come in. We need skilled and committed people to help us.

It is important to realise that our volunteers are treated as full team members during their time with us. Whether a volunteer comes to us through a corporate secondment program, independently through our website or by any other means, they are all treated equally. Our policies and procedures and expectations do not distinguish between paid and volunteer team members.
