The first step to becoming a volunteer with CYP is to download and complete our application form and to return it to the address on the form along with the following supporting documents:

• A copy of your current Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of qualifications.

• A copy of your current Drivers Licence or other form of Photo I.D.

• A copy of your Queensland Sate Government Blue Card (if applicable) http://www.childcomm.qld.gov.au/employment/bluecard/general_info.html.

Once this has been received the project will review your application for suitability. Applicants are subject to a Criminal History Check.

Where your skills and experience are found appropriate the project will then proceed to match you to upcoming activities. You should hear from the project no later than three weeks from submitting your application.
